Tiempo, Inc Home

Multi-Family Portfolio

Tiempo’s multi-family portfolio consists of conventional (market rate) communities as large as 400 units and as small as 132 units. Each property has its own personality with college students, singles, and/or families. And Tiempo staff is well-versed in resident retention programs to attract these diverse populations successfully.

Additionally, a significant portion of Tiempo’s portfolio is affordable, government-subsidized housing (Senior housing – HUD 202, Family Housing – HUD 221(d)3, & Rural Development), and Tax Credit communities for persons with low income. Since its inception, Tiempo has participated in the management of more than 25 properties subsidized and/or insured by HUD or other agencies, such as USDA Rural Development.
