Greg Miller, Director of Commercial and Single Family Residential Property Management

His responsibilities include the portfolio management of Chicanos Por La Causa’s (CPLC) Commercial and Single Family Residential properties throughout Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.

Greg was licensed in 1999, as a Residential Realtor, specializing in Historic Homes and the Central Phoenix Corridor. He received his Certification from The National Trust of Historic Preservation, for their Realtor Partnership Program in 2001. Greg came to CPLC, Inc. in January 2012, and was tasked with the disposition-sales, from their Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 Grant. In that Program, he oversaw the sale of 264 homes, in a Two and a Half-year period. Greg took over the management of the SF Residential Rental portfolio in October 2015, and in January 2017, he was promoted to be the Director of Commercial Property, overseeing CPLC’s Commercial Property inventory, as well as continuing to manage the residential portfolio. Greg & his Team manage over 30 Commercial Buildings statewide, which generate 60+ Leases, and they have 40+ residential units. They are known as The Comm-Team, and their goal is to provide excellent customer-service to both Internal Department Tenants, as well as their 3rd-Party Tenants.
