Simply rent one of our spaces, and the savings clock starts ticking. For every year (after year one) you reside in a Tiempo property, are in good standing with us, have not had any late fees for the year, and no lapses in tenancy with us, you’ll receive a $50 discount on your rent each month.

For example:
If you are a resident of our Buckeye Commerce Center ($15/ft2 per month, 600 ft2 space), your rent could be:

Year One = $9,000 per month
Year Two with $50 Discount = $8,500 per month ($600 annual savings)

And your discount travels with you to any of our Tiempo properties. So if you leased from us at Buckeye Commerce Center for two years ($15/ft2 per month, 600 ft2 space) and then transferred to our Liberty Plaza ($12/ft2 per month, 600 ft2 space), your rent could be.

Year One = $9,000 per month
Year Two with $50 Discount = $8,500 per month ($600 annual savings)
Year Three with $50 Discount = $7,150 per month ($600 annual savings)

Your total three-year savings would be $1,200!!!
